**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Lead Generation**:

- Actively generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, online platforms, and company marketing initiatives.

**Property Showcasing**:

- Conduct property viewings, offering detailed and accurate information to prospective buyers.
- Highlight key selling points and address client questions, ensuring they understand the benefits of the properties being shown.

**Negotiation & Closing**:

- Negotiate property prices and terms in line with company policies.
- Close sales by guiding clients through the entire buying process, from initial inquiry to final contract signing.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing after-sales support and ensuring satisfaction.
- Follow up with potential buyers and update them on property availability or new listings that match their requirements.

**Market Analysis**:

- Stay updated with current market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to clients, positioning properties effectively within the market.

**Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and sales progress.
- Prepare contracts, proposals, and related documentation as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Strong understanding of real estate services.
- At least 1+ year of experience in real estate or related field.
- Applicable for both fresher and experienced (Preference will be experienced one)

**Preferred Skills**:

- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar field.
- Strong knowledge of real estate markets and property valuation processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- A valid real estate license (where applicable) is preferred.

**Salary Slab**:
**For freshers (0-1yr)**: (10k)

**For experienced (+1yr)**: (20k)

**(+2yr)**: (35 - 50k)
