**Job Title**: Senior Manager Sales Real Estate

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls on leads generated through social media campaigns, digital marketing, referrals, and tele-sales team to create a funnel for achieving the sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Have in-depth knowledge of all the projects being promoted by the company and have exceptional skill sets for giving presentations to prospective buyers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand client needs and provide customized real estate solutions.
- To Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
- Drive sales of properties from Grade A developers in the Delhi-NCR market.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
- Stay updated with market trends and new project launches.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales, particularly with Grade A developers.
- Proven track record of successful sales in the Delhi-NCR market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
