**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a passionate and driven **Real Estate Sales Executive Intern** to join our team. If you have a keen interest in real estate, strong sales skills, and a desire to grow in a fast-paced industry, this is the perfect opportunity for you. In this role, you’ll connect with potential clients, showcase properties, negotiate deals, and ensure a seamless buying experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales & Lead Generation**:

- Actively generate leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and company marketing efforts.

**Property Showcasing**:

- Conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and answering client inquiries.
- Educate buyers on property benefits, ensuring they make informed decisions.

**Negotiation & Closing**:

- Negotiate pricing and terms while aligning with company policies.
- Guide clients through every step of the purchase process, from inquiry to contract signing.

**Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and nurture strong client relationships, offering exceptional after-sales support.
- Follow up with potential buyers and update them on new listings matching their preferences.

**Market Insights**:

- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Provide clients with valuable insights to help position properties effectively.

**Administrative Support**:

- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and transactions.
- Assist in preparing contracts, proposals, and relevant documentation.

**Who We're Looking For**:
**1. Education**:Bachelor’s degree in any field.
**2.Experience**: 1+ year in real estate or a related field (specifically in property selling).

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven sales experience in real estate or a similar field.
- Strong knowledge of property markets and valuation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- A valid real estate license (if applicable) is a plus.
