Understand client needs and provide expert guidance throughout the transaction. - **Property Expertise**: Conduct comparative market analyses (CMAs) to determine property values and advise clients on pricing strategies. - **Sales & Marketing**: List and market properties using our cutting-edge tools and platforms. Host open houses, conduct showings, and promote listings through social media and networking. - **Negotiation**: Mediate and negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to secure the best possible terms. - **Transaction Coordination**: Prepare and review all necessary real estate documents, contracts, and disclosures. Collaborate with lenders, inspectors, and attorneys to ensure a smooth closing process. - **Business Development**: Actively generate new leads and referrals to grow your business. Stay informed about local market trends, regulations, and best practices. **Qualifications & Skills** - **Experience**: Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus.
