**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
- Identify and understand customer needs, recommending relevant services and solutions to close sales.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Upsell and cross-sell company products during customer interactions.
- Follow up with leads, answer queries, and convert them into sales.
- Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions and sales conversions in the CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service, tele sales, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet targets and KPIs.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in BPO or similar sector.
- Familiarity with [specific software or tools relevant to the company].
- Knowledge of [language] (if applicable, for multilingual customer service roles).
