Key Responsibilities

· Provide phone/chat support to customers for our software product lines (training provided).

· Assist in product inquiries and support sales efforts.

· Understand customer requirements and provide effective product guidance.

· Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

· Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues.

Who Should Apply?

We are looking for enthusiastic female candidates who:

· Have excellent spoken English skills.

· Possess basic computer knowledge, especially Microsoft Windows OS.

· Are quick learners with a passion for customer service.

· Can work comfortably in early morning shifts.

· Have 0–1 year of experience (freshers welcome).

· Previous customer support experience is a plus.
