**Job Title**: Customer Service Representative (International Lead Generation)

**Location**: Indore, India

**Experience Required**: Minimum 6 months in customer service or lead generation via calling process

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound international calls to potential clients/customers to generate qualified leads.
- Understand customer needs and pitch relevant products or services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure effective lead generation and smooth customer handoff.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information professionally and courteously.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service or lead generation (preferably international calling).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a neutral accent.
- Ability to manage customer objections and close leads effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and call tracking software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Goal-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Previous experience in international lead generation or sales.
- Knowledge of the relevant market and industry trends.
