**Job Title: Civil Foreman**

**Location**: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Karnal, Haryana and Rohtak, Haryana

**Salary**: Up to ₹30,000 per month

A reputable construction company specializing in government projects currently seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to join the team and contribute to the continued success.
As a Civil Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring that they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You will be responsible for supervising a team of workers, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining a high standard of quality throughout the construction process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control.
- Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Manage and motivate a team of construction workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders, identifying any issues or delays and implementing solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of materials, equipment, and manpower usage, and prepare reports as required.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that workmanship and materials meet quality standards.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development among staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry..
- Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards, particularly in relation to safety and quality.
