**Job Description**:
We're seeking an experienced Building Foreman to oversee construction sites, manage laborers, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise construction activities, laborers, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and regulations
- Monitor progress, quality, and timelines
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers
- Report issues, delays, or defects

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or certificate in construction management, building technology, or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in construction supervision
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
