Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Foreman, located in Noida. The Civil Foreman will be responsible for supervising the construction site, managing heavy equipment operations, overseeing carpentry and maintenance work, and ensuring effective communication among the team. Daily tasks include coordinating with other foremen, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, and maintaining project timelines and quality standards.

Salary: 30,000

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and Communication Skills
  • Proficiency in operating and maintaining Heavy Equipment
  • Carpentry and Maintenance skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in construction management is a plus
