- Schedule, co-ordinate and supervise the daily activities.
- Organize and monitor the work of subcontractors on site.
- Supervise workers to best utilize manpower and materials.
- Responsible for the completion of assigned specific phase of work.
- Emphasize safe use of all tools and equipment.
