**Job Opportunity - Civil Foreman**

**Position**: Civil Foreman
- **Salary Range**: ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 per month (based on experience & performance)
- **Experience Required**: Minimum **5+ years** in construction/industrial projects
- **Qualification**: Diploma in Civil Engineering
- **Joining**: Immediate

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage day-to-day site construction activities.
- Ensure proper execution of **flooring, structural, and drainage works**.
- Maintain quality control and follow safety standards at site.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and labor teams.
- Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Prepare daily reports and assist in billing & documentation when required.

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of **industrial construction projects**.
- Ability to handle manpower and site resources effectively.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ready to join immediately at the project location.
