**Responsibilities**:

- **New Business Development**:

- Identify and qualify new leads and prospects within target markets and industries.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Generate a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client requirements.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Understand client business challenges and recommend appropriate cybersecurity solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of our cybersecurity services and solutions.
- **Sales Process Management**:

- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including technical, marketing, and delivery teams, to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand professional network and generate leads.
- **Market Awareness**:

- Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.
- Understand and articulate the competitive landscape and identify our unique selling propositions.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in business development or sales within the cybersecurity industry.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, solutions, and services (e.g., managed security services, threat intelligence, vulnerability management, compliance).
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Existing network within the cybersecurity industry is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,564.18 - ₹50,000.00 per month
