**Introduction**:
Join our dynamic team as a Sales/Business Development professional in the field of interior design. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth by establishing and nurturing client relationships, promoting our interior design services, and contributing to the overall success of our projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and engage potential clients through proactive outreach, networking, and market research.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
- **Project Consultation**: Collaborate with clients to understand their interior design needs, providing expert guidance on design solutions and services.
- **Quotation and Proposal**: Prepare and present detailed quotations and proposals, outlining project scope, timelines, and cost estimates.
- **Negotiation**: Skillfully negotiate terms and contracts, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the client and the company.
- **Market Analysis**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify business opportunities.
- **Achieve Sales Targets**: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- **Client Retention**: Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, leading to repeat business and referrals.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of interior design principles and industry trends.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Results-driven and self-motivated.
