**Responsibilities**:

- Actively prospect and generate new business leads for the social media agency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their social media needs.
- Conduct effective sales presentations and pitches to showcase the agency's capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor social media solutions based on client objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and proactive outreach.
- Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections.

Other Qualifications:

- Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborative approach to working with internal teams for client success.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
