Soft Services Manager

You'll work as a Soft Services Manager, reporting into the Property Manager.
In this varied role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Overseeing and managing the maintenance of common areas in the building.
Organizing and coordinating employee relations issues and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
Monitoring cleaning staff to ensure surfaces are maintained effectively and for longevity, with plans communicated through supervisors.
Ensuring completion of checklists and documents at regular intervals by supervisors.
Briefing staff on duties, designated areas, and any special instructions.
Enforcing discipline, proper attire, and etiquette among staff.
Tracking department complaints and working towards resolutions.
Assisting in procurement of housekeeping consumables and equipment.
Managing garbage disposal for all towers and common areas (dry waste, wet waste, horticulture waste).
Cleaning UGS and pump rooms under MEP team guidance.
Removing interior debris from designated areas.
Maintaining cleanliness of cleaning machines and checklists.
Keeping records of all activities and machinery.
Preparing monthly Management Monitoring Reports (MMR) and submitting them to the Property Manager.
Verifying monthly staff attendance records.
Raising awareness among residents about garbage disposal and cleanliness with the Property Manager's assistance.
Providing support for civil works and small projects.
Participating in and supporting community events and management activities.
These duties contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and pleasant living environment for residents.

Education and experience
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management Specially in Housekeeping (OR) Related degree. you’ll need between at least Three years’ experience in Facility (OR) Property Asset Management. A working knowledge of any major vertical industry will also be very helpful.
An eye for detail
You’ll have an eye for detail and an ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information - and translate this into strategic deliverables.
Great organizational skills
You’ll have great time management and organizational skills, and be good at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment and adapting to your team’s or client’s changing requirements.
