**Job Brief: Customer care Executive**
**Nationality Preferred: Female with Fluent English (Verbal and Written)**
The customer service executive is mostly responsible for attending to customer’s needs and complaints to the best of their ability.
**Responsibilities/ Role**:
- Answer phone calls in a professional manner and provide information about products and services as required by the callers
- They are responsible for taking or cancelling orders, and obtaining details of customer complaints
- Keep records of interactions and transactions of customer; keeping record of details of customer complaints, inquiries, and comments
- Follow up customers and their complaints; ensuring that customer’s requests are attended to accordingly
- Network with various departments and groups that are involved in customer support, orders, and processing
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
**Skills/ requirements**:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Familiar with computers and MS office
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
