The primary responsibilities of a Customer Care Executive include:
Making outbound calls to potential customers or clients

Introducing and promoting a product or service to the customer

Answering customer questions about the product or service

Closing sales or setting appointments for the sales team

Updating customer records in the company database

Meeting sales targets and quotas set by the company

Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction with the product or service

Handling customer complaints or issues with the product or service.

In order to be successful as a Customer Care Executive, one must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to persuade and influence customers, and a good understanding of the product or service being offered. Additionally, Customer Care Executive must be persistent and resilient, as rejection and difficult customers are a common part of the job.
