Key Responsibilities:

- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Follow up with clients and their complaints; ensuring that customer’s requests are attended accordingly and keep records of client interactions.
- Collect prompt and accurate feedback from clients and take ownership of client issues.
- Retaining existing clients, delighting them, and making them company's brand ambassadors.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and follow up proactively.

**Requirements**:
Must have experience in domestic logistic industry.

Should have proven record of working with shipping and e-commerce companies.

Previous work experience in e-commerce client handling is a plus.

Strong desire to learn.

Creative approach towards problem-solving.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Staying updated with recent trends happening in the startup industry.

Good MS excel knowledge and ability to handle stress well.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
