Title: Logistics Associate

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Associate to join our team. As a Logistics Associate, you will be responsible for managing the transportation, storage, and distribution of goods and materials. You will work closely with other departments to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products to customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive and verify incoming shipments, ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Prepare outgoing shipments, selecting carriers and coordinating the shipment of products to customers
- Monitor inventory levels and track product movements
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions
- Create and maintain shipping and receiving documents, bills of lading, and other paperwork related to logistics
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding shipping and delivery inquiries
- Continuously review and evaluate logistics processes, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for changes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree preferred
- Fluent English.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Customer-focused mindset and ability to provide excellent customer service

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
