**Position**:

- Logistics Associate (On Third-party Payroll position)

**Location**: Pune

**Experience**: 2-3 Years -Logistic operations/Backoffice Support

**Qualification**: Bachelor Commerce background

**Skill set **:Microsoft Excel, Words, outlooks, PPT, write customer letter /Internal communication, SAP knowledge is preferred.

Spoken /written: English Fluent

**Description**:
**Service Logistics (CS SCM) activities.**
- Manage all logístical activities in order support Customer Services incl Customer Care Center, Technical Support, and the field force.
- Meet required financial targets; that all assets are appropriately stored, maintained, calibrated, and protected.
- Interface to external logistic provider /Partner and warehouses, Inventory management, Inbound and outbound control
- Parts return management to the Country Warehouse. Return process control and monitoring.
- Escalate incorrect return handling according to defined measurements
- Monitor the entire logistic process according to defined parameter
- Generate weekly performance and inventory ,MIS reports for management
- Manage tool and test equipment logistic for calibrations.
- Install and maintain a tool inventory data base in assigned system Interface to Quality Department for calibration activities and monitoring Generate inventory report for tool and test equipment

**Backoffice Support-**
- Preparing customer Quotation for Spare Parts /Shifting of systems.
- Any Back-office activities assigned from time to time for managing customer service operations
