Job Description: Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Management:

- Receive and assess incoming leads through various channels.
- Maintain a comprehensive lead database, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with the sales team to distribute and assign leads effectively.

2. Coordination with Sales Team:

- Act as a liaison between the marketing and sales departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, presentations, and follow-ups for the sales team.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.

3. CRM Management:

- Utilize CRM tools to track, analyze, and report on lead and sales activities.
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness within the CRM system.
- Generate regular reports on lead conversion and sales performance.

4. Marketing Support:

- Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team based on interactions with leads and clients.

5. Lead Nurturing:

- Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely and relevant follow-up with leads.

6. Customer Communication:

- Engage with clients and prospects through various communication channels.
- Respond to inquiries, provide information, and facilitate communication between clients and the sales team.

7. Sales Collateral Management:

- Assist in the creation and organization of sales collateral, presentations, and other materials.
- Ensure that sales representatives have the necessary materials for client interactions.

8. Market Research:

- Conduct research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Provide insights to the sales and marketing teams for strategy refinement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales and marketing coordination role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy.
- Understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Proactive problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in lead management is a plus.
