Communicating with the target audiences and Coordinating with the customers and maintaining

relationships with them

Ø Research of competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share,

pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.

Ø Managing to prepare designs as per the requirement of the customers while in coordination with the

design department and directly with the clients

Ø For preparation of new design for the customer, filling DESIGN MASTER form and forward it to the

Design department and starting design creation

Ø There can be creation of new design, making changes in the existing designs as per the requirement of

the customers

Ø Coordination with clients and design department till the design gets finalised

Ø Signing P.O. received from Jr. Executive Accounts - Graphics for further process

Ø Coordination with production team in terms of production and quality issues, if any

Ø Coordination with clients and factory dispatch department for dispatch of products to final destination

Ø Follow up of Payment from the customers as per terms and conditions

Ø Follow up of C Forms in time from all the clients

Ø Handling Exhibitions and doing its related arrangement efficiently and manage to generate new clients

from it

Ø Maintaining and updating customer databases

Ø Responsible for creating and delivering marketing ideas and activities to the management

Ø Organising sales visits at the regular interval of time of the existing customers and new prospective

clients and submit travel report after returning from tour to reporting manager

Ø Maintaining all files, documents, online folders as per system designed by the management

Ø Prepare & provide MIS reports as per the requirement of the management

Ø Reporting at Head office on daily basis to Reporting Manager

Ø Do any work as and when allotted by the superiors

Educational Qualification Bachelors in Any Field, Masters/Diploma in Marketing

Technical Skills Should be fluent in English, Local language is must, Market

Research, Initiative, Understanding the customer, Coordination

Behavioural Skills Team work, Attention to Detail

**Salary**: ₹20,629.68 - ₹40,218.49 per month
