**Position: Sales Coordinator (Male)**
**Experience: 2+ Years of Relevant Experience**
**Salary: 30 -35k**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the sales team by coordinating sales activities and ensuring timely communication with clients and internal teams.
- Manage customer inquiries, process orders, and maintain accurate records within the ERP system.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review.
- Collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and inventory management.
- Monitor and follow up on sales leads, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and provide assistance to clients regarding product specifications and pricing.
- Identify and implement process improvements within the sales function, leveraging ERP capabilities.
- Coordinate training for new sales team members on ERP usage and sales procedures.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute to strategic planning discussions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales support: 2 years (required)
- ERP: 1 year (required)
