**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an organized and efficient Sales Coordinator with at least one year of

supporting the sales team, ensuring seamless order processing, customer communication,

and effective coordination with internal teams to achieve sales goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Sales Support & Coordination:
1. Maintain organized sales records and report monthly goal achievements to

the senior management team.

2. Collaborate with senior sales staff to prepare and maintain month-end sales

reports.

3. Organize and manage inventory while monitoring new products and services

for sale.

4. Support senior management in processing orders, and proactively inform

customers of any delays and delivery schedules.

Documentation & Reporting:
1. Create and distribute sales presentations and supporting documents to

assist the sales team in generating new business leads.

2. Monitor and organize reports from field staff, including Tour Programs,

Expense Statements, Daily/Weekly Reports.

3. Record Primary and Secondary Sales data, including stockiest-wise entries

and monthly reports.

4. Prepare weekly Primary Sales Fail reports and maintain databases for Sales

Review Presentations (monthly, by region, and All India).

Customer & Field Staff Coordination:
levels of customer satisfaction.

2. Establish and maintain active communication with sales representatives to

ensure the timely processing of orders.

3. Coordinate with field staff for product-specific presentations (PPTs) and

ensure smooth execution of business promotion activities.

4. Follow up with field staff for Secondary & party-wise stock statements and

ensure accurate Primary & Secondary entry (stockiest-wise).

Sales Analysis & Reporting:
1. Conduct sales analysis on a product-wise basis and prepare detailed reports

for senior management.

2. Prepare monthly stock movement analysis and report on stock levels.

3. Handle verification and payment of traveling expenses for field staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a Sales Coordinator or similar role

within a Pharmaceutical Company, particularly in formulation manufacturing.

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and sales

management software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales data effectively.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
