MINIMUM 4 YEAR EXPERIENCE AS SALES EXECUTIVE Job Purpose To drive sales growth in the Press Part Division by visiting customers generating leads achieving sales targets managing customer relationships ensuring timely follow-up on purchase orders and payments and representing the company s product offerings through effective presentations and commercial negotiations Key Responsibilities Customer Visits Lead Generation Regularly visit existing and potential customers to generate business leads Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their requirements Sales Target Achievement Work towards and achieve monthly quarterly and annual sales targets Prepare and submit sales forecasts and reports as required Follow-up for Orders Payments Follow up with customers for purchase orders and ensure timely order processing Coordinate with customers to follow up and ensure timely payment collection Product Promotion Presentation Promote Press Part Division products through technical presentations and product demos Understand customer needs and suggest suitable products solutions accordingly Commercial Negotiation Coordination Coordinate with internal commercial and production teams for timely delivery Negotiate pricing delivery terms and other commercial aspects with customers Requirement Clarity Documentation Gather detailed technical and commercial requirements from customers Ensure clear documentation and communication of customer requirements to internal teams Key Skills Competencies Strong interpersonal and communication skills Customer-focused approach Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of press part products or engineering components preferred Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Proficiency in MS Office Excel Word PowerPoint Qualifications Experience Education Bachelor s degree in Engineering or related field Experience 4-5 years in B2B Sales Industrial Sales Customer Support in a manufacturing or engineering company preferably in press parts or metal components Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 600 000 00 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Food provided Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Experience PRESS TOOL AND DIES PRODUCT 3 years Required Work Location In person
