**Job Purpose**:
The **Sales Coordinator** will support the Sales and Marketing team in executing day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth sales activities. This role requires excellent coordination skills to manage documentation, client communication, internal collaboration, and overall administrative support to drive sales efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage sales documentation including quotations, proposals, contracts, and reports.
- Communicate with clients for inquiries, follow-ups, and updates.
- Maintain and update the sales database with accurate client and activity records.
- Generate and circulate periodic sales reports and performance metrics.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and document filing.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries efficiently and professionally.
- Support in organizing sales presentations, meetings, and events.
- Track sales performance and keep the Managing Director informed with regular updates.

**Desired Profile**:

- **2-3 years of experience in sales coordination or customer service, with prior experience in the manufacturing industry being mandatory.**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- **CTC**: ₹2.40 - ₹2.64 LPA + Incentives
- **Monthly Net Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 + Performance-Based Incentives
- **Work Hours**: 09:30 AM - 06:30 PM
- **Travel Requirement**: No

**Preferred Industry**:
Manufacturing / Packaging / Sales & Marketing (Mandatory manufacturing industry experience)
