Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, and track progress through the stages of the sales process using CRM tools.
- Product Demos & Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of the SaaS platform.
- Solution Selling: Understand clients' needs and tailor sales pitches to show how the software solution can address their business challenges.
- Negotiation & Closing:
Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Relationship Management: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs, providing excellent service, and identifying upselling opportunities. -Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure alignment on client needs and feedback.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and the evolving SaaS landscape to provide valuable insights to clients.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: 1-4 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS or technology-related sales. -Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, but not required).

Skills: ○ Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas

○ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

○ Strong presentation and negotiation abilities

○ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently

○ Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools
- Attributes:
○ High level of business acumen and an understanding of SaaS industry trends

○ Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain client relationships over time ○ Strong organizational and time management skill

Pay: ₹15,576.45 - ₹34,082.17 per month
