We are seeking a results-driven
SaaS Sales Executive
with experience in IT solutions and a passion for AI technology to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and build relationships with potential B2B clients in target markets.
- Understand client pain points and present tailored AI SaaS solutions to address their business needs.
- Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiations with decision-makers (C-Level, Directors, Managers).
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales forecasts.
- Stay updated with SaaS, AI, and IT industry trends to position our product competitively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- 2–6 years of proven experience in
SaaS sales / IT sales / Enterprise software sales
. - Strong understanding of SaaS business models and AI/ML-driven products.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience selling to international clients is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
