**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Revenue Growth**:

- Drive new **SaaS subscription sales** by identifying and acquiring potential customers.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and consultations to showcase value.

**2. Customer Acquisition & Lead Generation**:

- Identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including cold outreach, inbound inquiries, and partnerships.
- Qualify leads, understand their pain points, and position the SaaS product as the best solution.
- Convert prospects into paying customers by addressing objections and closing deals.

**3. Relationship Management & Retention**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and renewals.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize revenue.

**4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis**:

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
- Gather customer feedback to improve the sales pitch and product positioning.

**5. Collaboration & Reporting**:

- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts in the CRM.
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to the management team.

**Requirements**:
✔ 2-6 years of experience in **SaaS Sales / Subscription Sales / B2B Sales**.
✔ Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
✔ Strong understanding of SaaS business models, subscription-based sales, and customer retention.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
✔ Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
