This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Growth & Ops Associate located in New Delhi. The associate will be responsible for supporting daily operations, developing growth strategies, and managing client relationships. The primary tasks include coordinating with different departments, analyzing business performance, preparing reports, and assisting in the execution of business development plans. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and content teams to align business goals with marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client communication & follow-ups
- Team briefing & accountability
- Project management & deadline tracking
- Lead follow-ups & CRM updates
- Freelancer / hire screening
- Process improvement suggestions
- Keep founder updated without micromanagement

- Prior experience in ops / agency / client management
- Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp / Trello / Asana)

**Salary**:
Probation: ₹25k-30k

Post-Probation: ₹35k-45k

Quarterly Bonuses: 5-10% of KPIs met

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹351,202.23 - ₹1,089,221.27 per year
