We're also big on having fun We believe in celebrating successes and learning from mistakes together. **What We're Looking For**: We're seeking motivated Business Growth Interns eager to help drive our agency's growth while learning the ins and outs of the creative industry. This role focuses on identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, market research, and supporting the sales process for our video production and social media services. **Key Responsibilities**: - Help develop and implement growth strategies - Research and identify potential clients who could benefit from our video production and creative services - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities - Create and maintain a database of prospective clients - Support lead-generation efforts through LinkedIn and other professional networks - Prepare client proposals, pitch decks, and presentation materials - Maintain and update the CRM database, tracking leads, and managing the sales pipeline. - Support the creation of business proposals including project scope, timelines, and budgets - Collaborate with the social media team to understand platform capabilities, best practices, and creative possibilities for client pitches. - Learn and implement best practices in lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building. **Requirements**: - Students pursuing Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Graduates are also welcomed. - Strong communication and storytelling skills, a keen eye for detail, and a creative mind. - Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment and manage feedback from various stakeholders. - Any prior agency/brand experience is an advantage. - The applicant must have their own devices. - Duration - 3 months **Incentives**: - Flexible working hours, 5 hours a day for 5 days only. - Certificate of completion and Letter of Recommendation for exceptional performance. - Opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the digital media and video production industry. - Stipend - upto ₹15,000 - Opportunity to convert full-time/PPO post evaluation of performance.
