**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:Office Coordination**:
- Manage day-to-day administrative functions to ensure a well-organized and efficient office environment.
- Oversee office supplies inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor coordination.
- Coordinate internal meetings, events, and scheduling across departments.
- Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical) for ease of access and regulatory compliance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for general office inquiries and communication.
**Executive & Secretarial Support**:
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and appointment scheduling.
- Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documents.
- Record and distribute minutes of meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups on action items.
- Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Act as a liaison between executive leadership, staff, clients, and external stakeholders.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related discipline preferred.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in an administrative, secretarial, or office coordination role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
