- Office Operations: Ensure office cleanliness, manage vendor relationships, and support the overall efficiency of the workplace.
- Essential Skills & Qualifications Organizational Skills: The ability to manage tasks, priorities, and office logistics effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with staff, clients, and vendors.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous record-keeping and accurate execution of tasks are crucial.
- Customer Service: A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills to serve as a helpful first point of contact for visitors and employees.
- Adaptability: The flexibility to multi-task and handle a variety of administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.
