
Front Office Coordinator

The Administrator will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative functions, including bookkeeping, resource allocation, maintaining employee records, and policy enforcement. This role will act as a liaison between employees and leadership, facilitating communication, optimizing productivity, and streamlining processes to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Oversee the efficient operation of the office, manage supplies, and coordinate meetings.
- Billing and Expenditure Management: Manage billing processes, track expenses, and ensure adherence to the budget.
- Report Writing and Coordination: Prepare reports and collaborate with various departments for submission of necessary information.
- Client Query Resolution: Address and resolve client queries in a timely and professional manner.
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
