**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and manage calls and meetings for executives or teams, ensuring all scheduling needs are met.
- Utilize advanced Excel skills to organize, analyze, and report on data, including creating complex spreadsheets, reports, and dashboards.
- Maintain accurate records of communications, meetings, and follow-up actions.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, including document preparation, project tracking, and internal reporting.
- Support the team with various office tasks and help streamline communication processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, data analysis, and macros).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous administrative, operations, or coordination experience preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, project management software, or scheduling tools (Outlook, Google Calendar, etc.) is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
