**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage lead follow-ups from first inquiry to deal closure.
- Assist sales executives in showroom walk-ins, site meetings, and client presentations.
- Coordinate and follow up with the in-house design team for timely delivery of **2D & 3D designs**.
- Maintain documentation - layouts, BOQs, quotations, agreements, etc.
- **Read and understand AutoCAD layouts** to ensure proper communication between design and execution teams.
- Track sales activities using Google Dashboards
- Maintain constant communication with clients regarding their project progress, design iterations, and document submissions.
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, design, accounts, and production teams.
- Graduate with **2-4 years of experience** in **interior industry or design coordination**.
- Basic understanding of **AutoCAD layouts** is a must.
- Strong follow-up and communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Organized, punctual, and efficient in multitasking.
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets, Google Dashboards
