**JD for Office Coordinator**:
The Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, including liaising with internal and external teams for task-related coordination, and updates and ensuring the timely completion of all responsibilities. The individual must possess excellent communication and organizational skills, ensuring smooth office operations and supporting the team effectively.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

**1) Handling Reseller Queries**:
The role involves being the main contact for reseller questions/queries and helping them to solve issues quickly. The person will provide clear information about products, policies, and processes, maintain a healthy communication with resellers and build strong relationships. They will also identify common problems resellers face and work with other teams to find solutions and improve efficiency.

**2) Liaison with the Internal & External Team**:
a) The individual will work with the Graphics team to assign tasks, track progress, and ensure tasks are completed on time.

b) The individual will work with the Social Media team, understating the assigned tasks regarding Postings, Ads, captions, and more. A person should have a proactive approach to handling the situation of work. Ability to ensure effective communication and accountability for their responsibilities.

c) Liaising with the external technicians/engineers for any office-related work.

**3) Creating and Reviewing Content**:
The individual should have the capability to create and review content whenever required.

**4) Liaison with the Printing Team**:
The individual will coordinate with the printing team for all official and marketing-related printing materials, ensuring timely communication and completion of tasks.

**5) Coordination with the Leadership Team**:
The individual will work closely with the Leadership team to manage tasks related to office coordination, meetings and bookings.

**6) Event and Exhibition Preparation and Planning**:
The individual will be responsible for preparing everything needed for events and exhibitions. This includes working with vendors to arrange materials such as posters, booklets, pamphlets, and more to ensure they are delivered on time and meet quality standards. The person will check that the materials align with the given instructions and ensure that the materials provided by the printing vendor match the instructions given. He will manage and coordinate the setup of the smooth running of events, demos, and exhibitions, including organizing marketing materials, table set up, and also liaison with the factory team for display products, and more.

**Problem-Solving**:Proactively addressing challenges related to event execution, task coordination, and printing materials.

**Collaboration and Teamwork**: Working closely with cross-functional teams (Graphics, social media, Sales, L&D, Operations) to achieve shared goals.

**Vendor Coordination**: Managing relationships with external vendors, such as printers, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.

Event Planning: Experience in organizing events and exhibitions, including logistics, and materials, and ensuring seamless execution.

**Content Management**: Ability to create and review content, ensuring it aligns with the company's objectives and quality standards.

**Multitasking**: Capable of handling various tasks simultaneously while maintaining high productivity and efficiency.
