Administrative Tasks

2. Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.

3. Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.

4. Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital.

5. Order office supplies, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Communication and Correspondence

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and vendors.

4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Event Planning and Coordination

1. Plan, coordinate, and execute events, meetings, and conferences.

2. Book venues, arrange catering, and coordinate logistics.

3. Prepare and distribute event materials, including invitations and agendas.

Office Management

1. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of office equipment, facilities, and supplies.

2. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

3. Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Work Location: In person
