Job Title: Office Executive
**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage and coordinate office operations and procedures.
2. Prepare and maintain office records, reports, and correspondence.
3. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive team.
4. Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents.
6. Manage office supplies and equipment, and ensure that the office is well-maintained.
7. Provide general administrative support to the executive team as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree required.
2. Proven experience in office administration or executive support role.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
7. Having sound knowledge of computers with chat Gpt and AI for making presentation job and Microsoft office job.
8. Experience in 1-2 years.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
