**Job Summary**

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to handle inbound calls from customers, resolve their queries effectively, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or information
Resolve customer issues or complaints effectively within defined timelines
Document call details and update the CRM system accurately
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department if required
Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly call handling targets and quality standards
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
Follow all company policies, procedures, and scripts as needed.
