Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Inbound Voice Process)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products/services
- Document customer interactions and maintain records
- Meet productivity and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduates or those with little to no experience in customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Fluency in English (additional languages an advantage)
