Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Familiarity with retail industry practices and trends.

**Profile Introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Billing and Invoicing**:

- Generate accurate invoices for retail transactions.
- Ensure timely and precise billing of products and services.
- Verify and reconcile discrepancies in billing data.
- **Customer Communication**:

- Address customer inquiries related to billing.
- Provide excellent customer service regarding billing concerns.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain comprehensive records of all retail transactions and billing activities.
- Prepare reports on billing activities and financial performance.
- **Collaboration**:

- Coordinate with internal teams to gather relevant billing information.
- Collaborate with the finance department for reconciliation and financial reporting.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to billing and accounting policies.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards.

**Requirements**:

- Strong understanding of billing processes and financial principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
