**Profile Introduction**:
As a Billing Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely billing processes within our organization. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end billing cycle, interacting with clients, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain financial accuracy.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Invoice Generation**: Create and process accurate and timely invoices for services rendered or products sold.
- **Client Interaction**: Communicate with clients regarding billing discrepancies and provide effective resolutions.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain comprehensive records of billing activities, payments, and outstanding balances.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal departments, including sales, finance, and customer service, to address billing-related inquiries and discrepancies.
- **Billing System Management**: Utilize and manage billing software/systems to streamline processes and ensure accuracy.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to billing and invoicing.
- **Reporting**: Generate regular reports on billing activities, outstanding balances, and other relevant metrics for management review.
- **Problem Resolution**: Identify and resolve billing issues promptly to maintain positive relationships with clients.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
- Familiarity with accounting principles and billing procedures.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
