Job Designation: Billing / Cashier

Job Location: Nashik

**Salary**: 18,000 - 25,000

Experience: 2 - 3 years

Min 1 - 2 years experience as billing cashier executive or similar profile.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Financial Accounting or relevant

Skills required:

- Strong mathematical and numerical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using billing and payment software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Profile Responsibilities:
**Billing and Invoicing**:

- Generate accurate invoices for products or services rendered.
- Ensure all billing information is entered into the system promptly and accurately.
- Verify the accuracy of billing data to prevent discrepancies.

**Cash Handling**:

- Receive and process payments from customers using various payment methods, such as cash, credit cards, and electronic funds transfers.
- Count and reconcile cash transactions at the end of each shift or workday.
- Handle refunds or exchanges in accordance with company policies.

**Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns related to billing and payments.
- Assist customers in understanding their invoices and resolving any discrepancies.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions.

**Recordkeeping**:

- Maintain accurate and organized records of financial transactions, invoices, and receipts.
- Prepare and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports as required.

**Communication**:

- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and resolve any billing-related issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers to facilitate payment and address billing inquiries.

**Compliance**:

- Adhere to all relevant financial regulations and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality guidelines when handling customer information.

**Technology Utilization**:

- Utilize billing and payment software to process transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Stay updated on technological advancements related to billing and cashiering processes.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
