**Job Summary**:
The Cashier is responsible for overseeing all cashier activities in the store, ensuring efficient billing, accurate cash handling, and excellent customer service. The role includes supervising cashier staff, resolving billing issues, and ensuring compliance with store policies and procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day operations at the billing counter and ensure smooth customer transactions.
- Manage, train, and support cashier team members.
- Ensure accurate cash handling, card transactions, UPI, and returns/refunds.
- Monitor cash drawers, reconcile discrepancies, and prepare daily cash reports.
- Handle customer billing complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Coordinate with the store manager for cash flow requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, discounts, and promotions.
- Deposit cash and prepare reports for audits and end-of-day settlements.

**Key Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong numerical and cash-handling skills.
- Good communication and leadership qualities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Graduate preferred.
- 2-5 years of experience in cashiering, preferably in a retail environment.
- Prior experience in a supervisory cashier role is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
