**Profile Introduction**:
Join our dynamic retail team as a Billing/Cashier, where you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth and accurate transactions. As the face of our store, you will interact with customers daily, handling their purchases efficiently and professionally. **Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding products if needed.
- Scan and process merchandise accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision and integrity.
- Provide customers with receipts and bag their purchases.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient store operations.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Integrity and honesty in handling cash transactions.
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- Language: Hindi, English, Marathi.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
