**Profile Introduction**:
Join our dynamic team as a Billing/Cashier in our bustling grocery retail environment. We are seeking an efficient and customer-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced setting. As a Billing/Cashier, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional service to our valued customers while efficiently handling transactions and ensuring accuracy in billing procedures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival.
- Scan and process items accurately and efficiently at the checkout counter.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision and integrity.
- Ensure all pricing and product information is correctly entered into the system.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including bagging items for customers as needed.
- Assist customers with inquiries, refunds, exchanges, and resolving any billing discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management of any shortages or discrepancies.
- Continuously strive to provide excellent customer service and uphold the reputation of the store.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a cashier or retail environment preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in operating cash registers and basic computer skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Integrity and honesty in all transactions and interactions with customers and colleagues.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
