**Profile Introduction:

- We are seeking a skilled Billing and Cashier Executive to join our team. As the frontline representative for financial matters, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service in billing and cashiering functions.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Billing Operations**:Generate accurate invoices and bills for products/services rendered.

Ensure timely and efficient billing processes, including verification and validation.
- **Cash Handling**:Receive payments in various forms, including cash, credit cards, and electronic transfers.

Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and reconcile discrepancies.
- **Customer Service**:Provide excellent customer service by addressing billing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Assist customers with payment-related concerns and provide relevant information.
- **Account Reconciliation**:Reconcile billing and cash transactions with financial records.

Investigate and resolve discrepancies to maintain financial accuracy.
- **Reporting**:Prepare and present regular reports on billing and cashiering activities.

Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- **Compliance**:Adhere to financial regulations and company policies related to billing and cashiering.

Stay informed about changes in financial regulations affecting the role.

**Requirements**:

- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using billing software and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in financial transactions.
- Ability to handle cash responsibly and maintain confidentiality.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in accounting or finance is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
