- 5 years of relevant experience in billing or cashier roles.

- 2-3 years experience in billing or similar role.

Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Proficient in using billing software

**Profile introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Generate and issue invoices to clients.
- Handle cash and card transactions and provide accurate change.
- Maintain and reconcile daily cash registers and prepare reports.
- Address customer inquiries regarding billing and payments.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized cashier station.
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns with professionalism.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Proficient in using billing software and point-of-sale systems.

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate with colleagues.

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
